1 Organizer and administrator

This sweepstakes is organized and administered solely by Texas RT Holdings, LLC (dba Rollertown Beerworks), 6450 Main Street, Frisco, TX 75033 ("Rollertown"). Rollertown is responsible for providing the prize, collecting entries, conducting the drawing, notifying and verifying the winner, and delivering the prize. There is no outside sponsor or co-sponsor. 2 Promotion period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). All times are Central Time, observing daylight saving time when applicable. The entry platform used by Rollertown is the official timekeeping device.

3 Eligibility

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of Texas and at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and owners of Rollertown, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and entities involved in administering this sweepstakes are not eligible. A person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry, including an owner, officer, director, or employee of an alcoholic beverage manufacturer, supplier, wholesaler, distributor, or retailer, is not eligible to enter or receive the prize. Immediate family members and household members of the foregoing persons are also ineligible. "Immediate family" means spouse or domestic partner, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, or sibling, regardless of residence. "Household member" means anyone sharing the same residence, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law.

4 How to enter

During the Promotion Period, scan a sweepstakes QR code displayed on authorized Rollertown promotional materials or directly visit rollertownbeerworks.com/dirkcontest using any internet-connected device. Both methods lead to the same free online entry form. Scanning a QR code alone is not an entry. Complete and submit the form with your full name, email address, date of birth, Texas city and ZIP code, and the required eligibility certifications and agreement to these Official Rules. The form must be successfully received during the Promotion Period.

No purchase, payment, receipt, product code, store or brewery visit, sales presentation, alcohol consumption, social media account, follow, share, referral, or marketing subscription is required. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The public entry page is available without visiting a retailer or scanning a QR code. All eligible entries are included in one drawing pool on equal terms, regardless of where the entrant learned of the sweepstakes.

Limit one entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, across all QR codes, email addresses, devices, and entry links. If an entrant accidentally submits more than once, only the first otherwise valid entry will be retained. Attempts to evade this limit using multiple identities, automated systems, bots, or an entry service may result in disqualification of all associated entries. Incomplete, late, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries are void. Normal internet or mobile data charges from the entrant's provider may apply; Rollertown charges no entry fee. A submission record or screenshot is not proof of receipt by the entry platform. Entrants must provide accurate information and an email address they are authorized to use.

5 Prize

One winner will receive one jersey signed by Dirk Nowitzki. Jersey description: [BRAND OR TYPE, STYLE OR COLOR, SIZE, FRAMING IF ANY, AND CONDITION]. Included authenticity documentation or provenance: [ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF DOCUMENTATION OR PROVENANCE; STATE IF NO CERTIFICATE IS INCLUDED]. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the single prize: $[CONFIRMED FAIR MARKET VALUE IN US DOLLARS]. The jersey is not represented as game-worn unless expressly stated in the description above. No alcohol, tickets, travel, appearance, or meeting with Dirk Nowitzki is included.

The prize may not be transferred before award or redeemed for cash by the winner. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for a reason beyond Rollertown's reasonable control, Rollertown may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. Rollertown will not award more than the one advertised prize. No payment is due for a difference between the stated ARV and the actual value at award. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes on the prize. Rollertown will provide tax information returns and undertake any required tax reporting or withholding as required by law. No entry, processing, redemption, or shipping fee will be charged.

6 Winner selection and odds

On December 3, 2026, Rollertown will conduct an electronic random drawing, administered from its office in Frisco, Texas, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. One potential winner and up to three alternates will be selected without replacement, with alternates ranked in the order drawn. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The entrant need not be present to win.

If the potential winner does not qualify or claim the prize under Section 7, the next alternate will be contacted using the same process. If the initial alternates are exhausted, Rollertown will draw additional potential winners at random from the remaining eligible entries until the prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain. Selection does not establish entitlement to the prize until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.

7 Winner notification and verification

Rollertown will send the initial potential winner an email from [OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION EMAIL ADDRESS] within three business days after the drawing. Each potential winner must respond within seven calendar days after the notification is sent and return any reasonably required verification documents within seven calendar days after Rollertown sends the document request. The applicable deadline will be stated in each message. "Business day" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Verification may include proof of age, Texas residence, identity, eligibility under Section 3, and a signed eligibility and prize-acceptance declaration consistent with these Official Rules. Rollertown may request a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax information only when reasonably necessary for tax compliance, using a secure submission method. Identification and tax information will not be requested on the public entry form.

A potential winner may be disqualified for ineligibility, a material false statement, failure to respond or provide required documents on time, refusal of the prize, or an undeliverable notification. Rollertown will then contact an alternate. Entrants are responsible for monitoring the submitted email address, including spam folders. Rollertown will not ask for a credit card, purchase, or fee to claim the prize.

8 Prize delivery

Rollertown will ship the prize, at its expense, by tracked delivery to the verified winner's Texas mailing address within 30 calendar days after verification and receipt of any required documents. An adult signature may be required. The winner must provide a valid deliverable address. No retail pickup, brewery visit, purchase, or appearance at a sales presentation is required. If delivery fails, Rollertown will contact the winner by email and allow seven calendar days to correct the address or arrange redelivery before treating the prize as unclaimed. Rollertown will reasonably assist with a carrier loss or damage claim.

9 Publicity

Rollertown may request separate written permission to use the winner's name, city, photograph, likeness, or statements in advertising or other promotional materials. Providing that publicity permission is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize. Limited disclosure of the winner's name, city, and prize for a winner list under Section 14 or as required by law is separate from optional publicity permission.

10 Privacy

Information submitted will be used to administer the sweepstakes, confirm eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver the prize, prevent fraud, maintain promotion records, and meet legal obligations. Information will be handled as described in Rollertown's privacy notice at the Privacy Notice section of this page, available before entry. Administration may require disclosure to service providers that process entries or deliver the prize, and disclosures required by law. The winner's name, city, and prize may be disclosed as described in Section 14; identity documents and tax information will not be included in that disclosure.

Consent to marketing is not required to enter, win, or claim the prize. Any marketing subscription must be presented as a separate, optional, unchecked choice. Choosing not to subscribe, or later unsubscribing, will not affect entry or odds. Entry alone does not authorize marketing texts, automated calls, or the sale of entrant information. Sweepstakes administration messages are separate from optional marketing.

11 General conditions

By submitting an entry, an entrant agrees to these Official Rules. Rollertown may disqualify a person who tampers with the entry process, attempts fraud, harasses other entrants or administrators, or materially violates these Official Rules. Rollertown's decisions will be made in good faith, consistently with these Official Rules and applicable law. Rollertown may request information reasonably needed to resolve an entry or identity dispute, but may not impose a purchase requirement.

If fraud, a material technical failure, natural disaster, legal requirement, or another event beyond Rollertown's reasonable control materially compromises the lawful operation, security, or integrity of the sweepstakes, Rollertown may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected portion only as reasonably necessary and as permitted by law. Rollertown will post notice on the entry page and, if legally and practically possible, award the advertised prize in a random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before the action or through another fair procedure consistent with these Official Rules. This provision does not permit cancellation merely because entry volume or sales are lower than expected. These Official Rules govern over conflicting abbreviated advertising, without limiting remedies for misleading advertising. An invalid provision will be enforced only to the extent lawful, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12 Release and limits

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Rollertown, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents involved in administering the sweepstakes ("Released Parties") from claims arising solely from an entrant's own misconduct or misuse of the prize, or from third-party network, device, or communications failures beyond the Released Parties' reasonable control. This release does not excuse failure to award the prize as required by these Official Rules.

Nothing in these Official Rules releases a Released Party from its own negligence, gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Rollertown remains responsible for the obligations it expressly undertakes in these Official Rules.

13 Disputes and governing law

The sweepstakes is governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable federal law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and venue requirements, a dispute concerning the sweepstakes may be brought in the state courts in [TEXAS COUNTY CONFIRMED BY COUNSEL], Texas, or the United States district court serving that county if federal jurisdiction exists. Nothing in these Official Rules restricts the right to contact a regulator, pursue an available small-claims remedy, or exercise rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

14 Winner list

After the winner is verified, a person may request the winner's name, Texas city, and prize description by emailing [SWEEPSTAKES CONTACT EMAIL] with the subject "Dirk Jersey Sweepstakes Winner" or writing to Rollertown at the address in Section 1. Requests received by March 31, 2027, will be fulfilled after the award is complete. Later requests will be handled as required by applicable law. No identity documents, contact details, or tax information will be included in the winner list.

15 No endorsement

Rollertown alone organizes and administers this promotion. The Dallas Mavericks, the NBA and its member teams, and any social media platform used to advertise the sweepstakes do not sponsor, endorse, or administer it. A retailer displaying promotional materials is not a co-sponsor or administrator and does not select or verify the winner or deliver the prize. References to Dirk Nowitzki identify the signer of the prize; the prize does not include his personal participation or an appearance. All third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Texas RT Holdings, LLC dba Rollertown Beerworks ("Rollertown") collects the information you submit on this page: your name, email, date of birth, Texas city and ZIP, and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number.

How we use it: to run the sweepstakes, confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, keep promotion records, and meet legal obligations.

Marketing is optional. We will only send you Rollertown news and offers if you check the optional marketing box. Not checking it, or unsubscribing later, does not affect your entry or your odds. We will not send marketing texts or automated calls based on your entry, and we do not sell entrant information.

Sharing: only with service providers that help process entries or deliver the prize, and as required by law. The winner's name, city and prize may be shared as described in Section 14 of the Official Rules.
