LEGAL & POLICIES
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Welcome to the Rollertown Beerworks website. This page covers our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies, Photography & Media Release, Accessibility Statement, and Copyright Notice. By using this website or attending our events, you agree to these terms.
Questions can be sent to Info@rollertownbeerworks.com, called in at 214.455.4367, or mailed to 6450 Main Street, Frisco, Texas 75034.
1. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
You may use this site for lawful, personal, informational purposes only — no hacking, scraping, impersonation, or fraudulent use. Hours, menus, event details, pricing, and availability may change without notice; the most current information provided directly by us controls over anything posted here. We link to third-party ticketing, reservation, and ordering services — those are governed by their own terms, and we don't process payment-card info directly through this site or handle those transactions.
2. FAMILY-FRIENDLY VENUE & ALCOHOL SERVICE
Rollertown Beerworks is a family-friendly brewery and concert venue — guests of all ages, including children, are welcome, subject to any age policy posted for a specific show or private event. Alcohol is sold and served only to guests of legal drinking age; nothing here encourages unlawful or irresponsible consumption, and alcohol service is subject to applicable law and our own house policies. For ticketed shows, any additional terms from our ticketing provider or posted at the event also apply.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
We regularly photograph and film at events and on our premises and may post that content to our website, social media, and marketing materials. By entering our premises or attending an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to our use of that image, likeness, and voice for promotional and business purposes, without compensation. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell venue staff and we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate you — though we can't guarantee removal from wide crowd or ambient footage. If you believe you appear in posted content and want it taken down, email Info@rollertownbeerworks.com.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect: information you give us directly (name, email, phone, event inquiries, form submissions) and information collected automatically via cookies and Google Analytics (IP address, browser/device data, approximate location, pages viewed).
How we use it: to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the site, understand site traffic, send communications you've opted into, and meet legal obligations. We share data only with the vendors who help us run the site and business (hosting, analytics, ticketing) or when legally required — we do not sell personal information. We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary and use reasonable safeguards, though no site can be guaranteed 100% secure.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their personal information online. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your data — contact Info@rollertownbeerworks.com to make a request.
5. COOKIES & TRACKING
We use cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics for usage insights. You can block cookies through your browser, though some features may not work as well. If we ever add advertising or remarketing trackers requiring extra consent, we'll update this notice.
6. ACCESSIBILITY
We aim to keep this site usable for people with disabilities — alt text, readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and captions where appropriate. If you have trouble accessing anything, contact Info@rollertownbeerworks.com or 214.455.4367 and let us know what you were trying to access.
7. COPYRIGHT & DISCLAIMERS
Text, photos, video, logos, and design on this site belong to Rollertown Beerworks or are used with permission — don't reproduce or commercially reuse them without asking. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their owners. This site is provided "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not responsible for third-party sites we link to. Nothing here limits any right that can't legally be limited.
8. CHANGES
We may update this page as our practices or offerings change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site means you accept it.
That's the whole page, top to bottom — nothing extra to add for your footer link, just "Legal and policies" pointing to this page.
