Rollertown got its start in Celina Texas in 2020 as a small local brewery with a simple goal: make great beer and create a place people actually want to be. On October 24th 2024, we expanded to Frisco and turned that idea into something bigger. Now, Rollertown is more than just a brewery — it’s a place for craft beer, cocktails, live music, food, events, and good times with good people.
